How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
All Lumé Organic products are handcrafted in small batches.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Economy Shipping (4–10 business days): $4.99 flat rate

Estimated delivery time:
5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected method.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
First, check with neighbors, your building manager, or the front desk — the package may have been safely set aside.
Occasionally, carriers mark a package as “delivered” slightly ahead of actual delivery.

Returns accepted within 20 days of delivery

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments — a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended
How to Request a Return

A photo if the product arrived damaged
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
