SHIPPING POLICY

 How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

 All Lumé Organic products are handcrafted in small batches.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

 We currently ship within the U.S. only.

 Shipping Options:

  • Economy Shipping (4–10 business days): $4.99 flat rate

  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): $9.99 flat rate

  • Priority Mail (2–3 business days): $15.00 flat rate

  • Free Shipping on orders over $200

 Estimated delivery time:
 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected method.

 My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

 First, check with neighbors, your building manager, or the front desk — the package may have been safely set aside.
Occasionally, carriers mark a package as “delivered” slightly ahead of actual delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 We want you to love your Lumé Organic experience.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help — with care and fairness.

 

 Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 20 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned

 

 Return Conditions

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We do not offer prepaid return labels

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments — a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended

 

 How to Request a Return

 1. Email us at lumeorganics@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • A photo if the product arrived damaged

 

 2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

 3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
